We recommend sending hydraulic cylinders with an inductive position transducer to Hänchen for disassembly. After assembly, the position transducer must be calibrated.
In hydraulic cylinders with an inductive position transducer, the core of the position transducer is fixed in the hollow-bored piston rod via a clamping piece and a clamping sleeve.

The type with a closed protective tube offers the option of mounting additional accessories, such as a rod eye spherical. If present, accessories must be removed before disassemble the inductive position transducer.

The position transducer is fastened inside the protective tube with a plastic flange. The plastic flange is screwed to a mounting flange. The position transducer, plastic flange and mounting flange can be removed as a unit.
