Maintenance of accesories on hydraulic cylinder and clamping unit
Disassembly and assembly

Hänchen offers numerous accessories for hydraulic cylinders or clamping units. Some of these require regular maintenance. You will find important information on complete replacement here.

Spare parts can be ordered from Hänchen using the serial number of the hydraulic cylinder.

Warning

Danger of life due to high pressure!

Before disassembly, make sure that the hydraulic cylinder is unpressurised.

Notice

Damage due to improper handling!

Use handling equipment adapted to the weight of the components.
Do not lift cylinders by the piston rod or other sensitive parts such as sensors, valves or piping.

Notice

Environmental pollution and risk of slipping due to leaking hydraulic oil.

Capture or bind leaking hydraulic oil in a suitable container.
Dispose of leaking hydraulic oil in an environmentally friendly manner.
