Hydraulic Cylinders and Pressure Intensifiers

Depending on the application, but at least once a year:
- Inspect hydraulic cylinders and pressure intensifiers for damage.
- Inspect hydraulic cylinders and pressure intensifiers for wear.
- Replace damaged or worn components.
Product Identification
By providing the serial number, embossed on the product and type plate, we can process your inquiry quickly. Even after 50 years!
For spare part orders:
- Provide the 7-digit serial number - see type plate.
- For older products (before 05/2010), please provide the 6-digit order or commission number.
If the data on the type plate is no longer legible:
- The serial number on the hydraulic cylinder is engraved next to the head side port.
- The serial number is indicated in the order confirmation, the shipping documents and the invoice.

Structural design
Depending on the design and size of the Hänchen hydraulic cylinder, there are differences in the structural design. The cylinders are equipped:
- with head side cover for standard cylinders DIN/ISO.
- with head side guide bushing for large cylinders.
Large cylinders include hydraulic cylinders of series 120 from 200 mm bore and hydraulic cylinders of series 300 from 160 mm bore.
- Custom cylinders can be completely individual. Please refer to the relevant documentation (engineering drawing) for this.
