Installation of hydraulic cylindern

The hydraulic cylinder is an operating element. It neither can nor may be a construction element.

Lateral forces
Make sure that no lateral forces are applied to the piston rods during mounting or operation. This would inevitably cause damage to the piston rod guidance, the piston rod, and in the cylinder tube.

Mounting
Always use a screw quality of at least 10.9 for mounting the hydraulic cylinders.

Connecting pipes
Please rinse the connecting pipes thoroughly, soiling causes malfunctions and premature failure of the hydraulic cylinders. This prevents premature wear of the sensitive surfaces and seals and makes for a longer useful life.

Hydraulic fluid
Defect-free and clean fluids are a basic requirement for the useful life and function of hydraulic cylinders. When using special hydraulic fluids, use sealing elements mad of especially suitable materials if necessary.
For this reason, it is essential to indicate the medium to be used when ordering or requesting so that we can provide the required seal quality.
