The different mounting elements of round cylinders, such as spherical rod eyes, trunnions or flanges, serve to transmit power. In Hänchen products, these are welded directly to the cylinder tube.
Take into account a potential expansion of the cylinder due to pressure and temperature.
The hydraulic cylinder acts as an operating element. It neither can nor may be a construction element. During mounting and operation, no lateral forces must be applied to the piston rods.
In case of swivel-mounted cylinders, allow for sufficient space between spherical rod eye and clevis, clevis bracket etc. for swivelling and tilting.
