This is where the Hänchen pressure intensifier really shows what its worth. It is capable of building up a secondary pressure up to 5000 bar.

The technical principle behind this is easy to explain: in the pressure intensifier a surface A1 is pressurized with the primary pressure p1. The resulting force generates an intensified pressure p2 (secondary pressure) on the smaller surface A2, which corresponds to the area ratio.

Pressure booster = cost reducer

The use of pressure intensifiers enables the user to configure the hydraulic system more cost effectively, while the compact design brings about an additional energy saving potential. In such cases nothing else could be recommended.
