Repair order
So that we can assign, evaluate and process your repair order as quickly as possible, we require a fully completed form for each individual hydraulic cylinder.

Please fill out a separate repair order for each hydraulic cylinder to be repaired.
- Send form in advance by email
Send the completed repair order to the email address specified in the form, including photos of the damage. This allows us to prepare your order before the hydraulic cylinder arrives.
- Enclose the form with the shipment
Additionally, print out the completed repair order and enclose it with the respective hydraulic cylinder. This ensures clear identification upon goods receipt.

To keep production running
A defective hydraulic cylinder can bring an entire machine or production line to a standstill. That is why we offer an express repair within 24 - 48 hours for particularly urgent cases. Upon receipt and inspection, we will determine whether the required repair is technically feasible within this timeframe and whether the necessary components are available.
Should we be unable to meet the repair timeframe, we will contact you immediately. In particularly critical cases, we will work with you to determine whether an emergency repair is possible and advisable.
We repair your Hänchen hydraulic cylinder so that it can be put back into temporary operation. The goal is to bridge an unplanned production downtime and postpone the final repair or replacement of the cylinder to a scheduled date.
- An emergency repair is not a complete overhaul.
- We cannot provide a warranty for an emergency repair.
- A professional final repair or, if necessary, the purchase of a new cylinder will still be required subsequently.
Seal replacement and assembly tool
If you only need new seals for your hydraulic cylinder and wish to perform the replacement yourself, we will supply you with the appropriate original seals. By providing the serial number, stamped on the product and type plate, we can process your request quickly.
