A Very Special Anniversary
: 40 Years at Hänchen

At our Oettingen plant, we had a truly remarkable reason to celebrate:

We extend our warmest congratulations to Mr. Stefan Schneider on his 40th anniversary with the company! Four decades—that’s an incredibly long time and a true testament to loyalty and dedication.

Mr. Schneider began his career on September 1, 1986, with an apprenticeship as a mechanic in Oettingen. He has been with us ever since and has helped shape our plant in various roles.

After completing his apprenticeship, he worked in the drilling shop as a deputy foreman and later as a team leader, among other roles. In June 2020, he took on the role of deputy plant manager, and since November 2023, he has been managing our Oettingen location as plant manager.

With his experience and knowledge, Mr. Schneider is an invaluable asset to our team. We are very grateful for his many years of dedication, his reliability, and everything he has done for our company.
