Hänchen's 320 series of hydraulic cylinders offers high-quality double-rod test cylinders with two working areas of the same size for highly dynamic applications.
Every hydraulic cylinder is tested in the factory:
Test pressure = 1.5 x max. working pressure.
The distinguishing features of 320 test hydraulic actuators are their special properties and qualities:
Series 320 cylinders are identified by the size of their piston rods. The corresponding bore can be selected. This variable bore must be between the minimum and maximum bore, and is freely selectable in steps of 1 mm. This makes for a perfectly designed working area.
The length of the emergency cushioning is included in the stroke.

With the respective type of mounting, the working pressure indicated in the configuration diagram can be exploited statically and dynamically without restrictions. However, the safety level required in your system and the stress caused by dynamic movement must be taken into account.
