Before starting up the system, it must be flushed thoroughly. This means cleaning all supply, return and leak lines.
Hydraulic cylinders are cleaned at the factory and cannot be flushed on site.
Preferably, the valve on the hydraulic cylinder is removed and replaced by a flushing plate for flushing. This short-circuits the supply and return lines.
The fluid is pumped through all the lines and back into the tank over a period of time that is appropriate for the size of the system and the degree of contamination, at the highest possible flow rate, but at the lowest possible pressure. All contamina-tions in hoses and tubes will be flushed out into the tank.

right: Flushing plate instead of valve
Do not use flushing plates on cylinders with guiding system Servobear® due to the internal pressure supply of the bearing pockets integrated in the P-Line.
In this case remove the hoses P and T from the mounting plate and short-circuit them directly.
Continue until the required cleanliness class is reached.
