Installation
Vibration and Structure-Borne Sound Absorber
Before Assembly:
- Inspect the delivery for completeness and damage.
The scope of delivery includes the Hänchen product as ordered by the customer according to the order specifications and confirmed in the order confirmation.
- Remove any sealing plugs or cover plates attached for protection against contamination during transport before assembly.

| CAUTION! | Risk of injury due to sharp edges and corners!

| NOTE | Damage to the vibration and structure-borne sound absorber or piping due to vibrations from the pump drive!
|
- Ensure that the fluid always flows through the absorber in the direction of the printed arrow (flow direction).
- Install the absorber near the pump.
- Connect the pump's pressure port directly to the vibration and structure-borne sound absorber with a pressure hose.
For correct venting:
- Ensure that the outlet port of the vibration and structure-borne sound absorber is at the highest point.
For optimal noise attenuation:
- Mount the mounting clamps of the vibration and structure-borne sound absorber with the supplied vibration isolators.
- Observe the following limit values (see type plate):
- Working pressure
- max. flow rate
