Hydraulic cylinders and pressure intensifiers

To subject hydraulic cylinders and pressure intensifiers to maintenance at the manufacturer's plant, they must be returned in packaging protected against environmental influences.

• Ship hydraulic cylinder as a whole.
• Close hydraulic ports to protect against contamination and oil leakage.
• Secure the piston rod against extending.
• Ship the hydraulic cylinder in suitable packaging.

• Dispose of packaging and replaced parts in accordance with the regulations of the country in which the Hänchen product was installed.
• Dispose of Hänchen products according to national regulations.
• Dispose of cylinders only in a disassembled state.
