Pressure sensor technology - pressure sensors for exact positioning, magnetostrictive or inductive position transducer

Sensors allow a cylinder to be operated over a very large working area. Positional accuracies of < ± 0,01 mm can be achieved at low-cost using standard components. Nor does the exact control of high speeds present any problem.

The use of pressure and force transducers allows the position control to be extended as required. By selecting a suitable control strategy, high-dynamics precise linear drives are obtained with high energy density.

Regulated oil flow – Valves

For use in a test cylinder, proportionally servo valves with integrated electronics are provided. Integrated electronics has the advantage of easier installation (no amplifier card required, valves of the same type can be easily replaced) and insensitivity to external influences. The valves are always designed exactly in accordance with the conditions of use and the required dynamics of the drive.

Force transducers, pressure transducers

Depending on whether a pressure-controlled electro-hydraulic axis is to be assembled or a control using the actual forces is intended, the additional use of a force or pressure transducer is recommended.
